Join Our Team as a Direct Care Worker (Residential) – Support Residents to Live Safely and Comfortably

About the Role:
As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you will provide hands‑on support and care to residents, working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, Hotel Services Manager, and the wider multidisciplinary team. You'll assist with daily activities, promote resident wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Completed or working toward completion AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
* Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to‑day execution of a position.
* Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health‑related field.
* Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
* Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.

This is a part time vacancy, working 45.6 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
