Our store in The Glen Shopping Centre is seeking a Department Manager to lead and inspire our team to achieve fantastic sales figures and provide an exceptional customer experience.
We place great emphasis on internal growth and development, providing opportunities for you to excel in your career. You will be responsible for 80% of your time on the shop floor, supporting and leading your colleagues to achieve superb results and inspiring customers to keep coming back.
Your role as a Department Manager at our store involves developing sales strategies and putting plans in place to support your team and drive store success. You will work together with the store Visual team to ensure that our products are displayed according to company guidelines and seasonal trends.
In addition to excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we require strong leadership skills - the ability to delegate work, follow up results and provide constructive feedback to coach and develop your team. Your personal qualities should also include being organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business.

* Recruiting, training and developing Sales Advisor team
* Planning staff scheduling and organizing department to meet the needs of the business and maximize profitability
* Ensuring store routines, policies and guidelines are met to assist in loss prevention and safety in the store
