Hiring: Dispatch Onsite IT support - Multiple Locations (Australia)
Scope of Work:
IMAC/D – Install, Move, Add & Change / Decommission
Hardware Break-Fix – Troubleshooting and coordination with hardware vendor
Desk Side Support – Problem diagnosis and resolution for authorized OS and application software on devices
Spares Management – Stock management at dedicated sites
Printer Support – Basic H&E support and coordination with managed print service provider
New Hire Setup – Windows, Mac, and Linux laptops/desktops
Tech Refresh – Laptop/Desktop upgrades
Asset Collection
Device Procurement Recommendations – Asset forecasting
Break-Fix issues for laptops/desktops
Site Support – Hands‐on support for Server Rooms/Data Centres in collaboration with L2 team
Engineer Skillsets Required:
Minimum 18 months IT experience
Proficient in Windows 7–10, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation/troubleshooting, enterprise antivirus solutions, and helpdesk ticketing systems
Mobile device management (iOS & Android), enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via AD
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‐solving skills
Ability to multi‐task, prioritize, and meet SLAs
Excellent communication – fluent in English and local language
Experience installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting Windows XP/7/8.1/10, Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized applications
Basic knowledge of macOS to support Apple users
Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and workstation issues
Performs general preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers
Team Allocation & Access:
3 dedicated engineers will be assigned to each site.
* Access will be created only for these engineers, and only they are authorized to perform onsite work.
