* Via Teaching Personnel Teaching Personnel is seeking flexible and reliable Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work on an ad hoc basis across a range of primary schools.
This is a great opportunity for support staff who enjoy variety, flexibility, and working in different school settings without the commitment of a long-term role.
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers and pupils throughout the school day, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You may work 1:1 with pupils, in small groups, or provide general classroom support depending on the needs of the school.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support the class teacher with classroom activities and daily routines
Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and engagement
Assist with behaviour management and promote positive behaviour
Help prepare learning resources and maintain a safe classroom environment
Support pupils with additional needs where required
Follow school policies and procedures at all times
Ideal Candidate Needs
Experience working in UK primary schools
Confident, adaptable and proactive approach to supporting learning
A can‐do attitude and willingness to work across various schools
Driving licence and ability to travel is highly desired, but not essential
