I'm working with a well-funded AI healthtech company building the operational layer for modern healthcare organisations. Due to continued growth, they are now hiring a Commercial Lead to own enterprise growth across the Australian market.
This is a senior, foundational commercial hire responsible for driving new business, managing strategic relationships, and expanding existing accounts. You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping how the company goes to market as they scale. They've already built strong early traction with major healthcare organisations and are now entering a new phase of growth.
The team is made up of high-calibre operators and engineers from fast-growing startups and leading tech companies. They move quickly, are highly product-driven, and work closely across product, engineering, and commercial to execute in a fast, iterative environment.
What the role involves:
Working closely with the founders, you will own enterprise commercial activity across Australia, building relationships with senior decision-makers in large healthcare organisations and converting these into long‐term partnerships.
The role spans enterprise sales, account growth, and strategic partnerships, with responsibility across both new business and expansion.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead enterprise sales across the Australian healthcare market
* Build relationships with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
* Run end-to-end sales cycles from first engagement through to close
* Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive market growth
* Negotiate commercial agreements and structure enterprise contracts
* Manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance
* Drive expansion across existing accounts
* Work closely with founders on commercial strategy and execution
About you:
* 3+ years' experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, partnerships, or enterprise commercial roles
* Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
* Comfortable negotiating commercial agreements and closing enterprise deals
* Commercially strong with good judgment around value, pricing, and growth
* Healthcare, SaaS, enterprise software, or regulated industry experience is a plus (not essential)
* Experience in fast-paced or early-stage environments will be well regarded
Why this role:
This is an opportunity to take ownership of commercial growth in a high-impact healthcare technology business at a critical stage of scale. You will play a central role in shaping how the company expands. You'll get real end-to-end ownership rather than a narrow sales remit.
The wider team is early-stage, high-calibre, and deeply product and execution focused, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, and ownership. Plans to scale across the US too with top investors on board.
Please apply and we will be in touch with suitable applicants. You must be based in Sydney for this role with unlimited working rights. Please message Caoimhe from the team if you are interested.
