Sales assistant

MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) Jandakot is seeking an Internal Sales team member to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn. As part of the Internal Sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, preparing quotations, managing enquiries and ensuring exceptional service across the branch. This is a permanent full‐time position based in Jandakot, WA.

What you'll be doing

• Providing outstanding customer service at the trade counter.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face‐to‐face interactions.
• Preparing and following up quotations.
• Assisting customers with product information and solutions.
• Liaising with suppliers to support customer requirements.
• Managing stock control activities, including restocking shelves.
• Picking customer orders and supporting daily branch operations.
• Assisting with ad‐hoc tasks as required by the Branch Manager.
