About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing team. This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for solution design, pre-sales leadership, and project delivery in data and analytics engagements. You'll work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and sales to shape and deliver impactful solutions built on modern cloud and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and goals
* Design end-to-end data solutions, including data architecture, engineering pipelines, data models, and reporting
* Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery workshops, solution proposals, and SOWs
* Drive project delivery across design, implementation, testing, and stakeholder engagement
* Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants
* Stay current with modern tools and technologies such as Fabric, Databricks, DBT, Graph, and GenAI
* Contribute to internal frameworks and IP to strengthen delivery consistency
Your Experience
* 10+ years in data roles, with proven experience in solution design and architecture
* Designed solutions using Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms
* Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, data modelling (e.g., Star Schema, 3NF, Data Vault), and automation
* Hands-on with tools like Databricks, Fabric, DBT, Alteryx, Snowflake, or equivalents
* Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
* Experience drafting Statements of Work and supporting pre-sales or RFXs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to lead technical teams and own project delivery outcomes
Nice to Have
* Exposure to AI/ML platforms, graph analytics, or spatial data
* Knowledge of governance frameworks: data catalogues, lineage, access policies
* Domain experience in finance, healthcare, or education
