Job Description
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage outlets, including Coco's Kitchen and Bar, room service and event spaces. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, this pivotal leadership role demands a strategic mindset to manage daily operations, drive performance and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences across every outlet.
You will work closely with a skilled and motivated team, playing a vital role in driving results and supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business. If you're a decisive, service-oriented leader with a passion for operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, training and strong performance
* Monitor financial performance by tracking revenue, controlling costs and managing budgets to maximize profitability while minimizing waste
* Collaborate with the Culinary team to optimize menu pricing, promotions and offerings that reflect guest preferences and market trends
* Partner with Sales & Marketing and Conference & Event teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Food and Beverage management, with a strong track record of leadership in a hotel restaurant environment.
* A genuine passion for service excellence
* In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
* Expertise in wine varietals, cocktails, craft beers and spirits, with a refined palate and an eye for quality.
* Strong awareness of current industry trends and the ability to adapt to emerging food and beverage innovations.
