The Position
Join our team as an Assistant Community Manager (internally referred to as ACM) and play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of strata properties. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering exceptional customer service.
You will assist a Community Manager (CM) in managing a portfolio of strata properties/body corporates and have a variety of responsibilities including:
Prompt and effective responses to emails and phone calls
Writing correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes
Ensuring prompt adherence to meeting timelines
Attendance at some meetings
Managing diaries and schedules
Establishing strong client relationships
About You
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management and scheduling skills. You should thrive on working to deadlines and possess the ability to quickly absorb detailed processes.
While strata or real estate experience is preferred, we encourage administration professionals to apply.
