Qualifications
* 1–2 years of leadership experience in retail (apparel/footwear experience preferred).
* Strong motivator who can inspire, coach, and lift others to perform their best.
* Proven ability to hit sales targets and build strong team performance.
* Agile and adaptable decision‐maker who thrives under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to connect and influence.
