Talent Manager - Drinks Industry Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY
As Territory Manager, your primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets, promoting and growing the product range, managing Suntory Oceania refrigeration and assets, and identifying new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will oversee an assigned geographic territory and engage with both On-Premise and Off-Premise customers. By leveraging your CRM and a well-structured journey plan, you will excel in building strong, mutually beneficial relationships, driving sales, and meeting targets. Additionally, you will enhance brand visibility through promotions and education, using your commercial acumen to negotiate successful outcomes for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage customer call cycles and ensure complete territory coverage.
* Promote and up-sell Suntory Oceania products, capturing orders to meet customer requirements.
* Implement category management initiatives to meet planograms and space-to-sales targets.
* Drive new business development by presenting the portfolio and meeting objectives.
* Manage fridges and assets in line with ROI guidelines.
* Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly.
* Execute the Planned Call at every customer visit.
* Pre-sell all National, State-Based & Account-specific promotional activities.
* Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
* At least 18 months of Drinks or FMCG Sales experience, OR equivalent Hospitality experience.
* Familiarity with selling processes and CRM systems.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and make decisions.
* Professional presentation and selling skills.
* Excellent planning and execution capabilities.
* Ability to establish strong relationships and build rapport effortlessly.
