Key Duties:
* Support users via phone, email, or in person
* Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware issues
* Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
* Handle password resets and user account management (Active Directory)
* Assist with basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity)
* Log, track, and update tickets using ITSM tools
* Perform system setup, software installation, and basic troubleshooting
* Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
Skills Required:
* Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
* Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Familiarity with IT hardware and troubleshooting
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
Good to Have:
* IT qualification (Diploma/Degree in IT or related field)
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory and VPN
* Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)
