The Opportunity
Opal HealthCare is seeking expressions of interest for our permanent, Relief General Manager roles in Northern Sydney. These roles can cover all of NSW Central and Sydney West. We continuously accept applications throughout the year to support and develop our future General Managers! If you are looking to transition into the health sector without prior exposure, this role is ideal for you.
Our full-time Relief General Manager roles are designed for individuals with limited or no sector experience, or limited management exposure, seeking to transfer skills from sectors like Hotel or Hospitality into aged care. The role involves supporting our NSW Central Care Communities.
You will lead a care community to deliver high-quality care and inspire your team to fulfill our purpose of "Bringing joy to those we care for."
