We are seeking a seasoned Energy Contract Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale energy projects, with a focus on contract negotiation and risk management.
This role involves driving commercial governance during project phases, collaborating closely with the project team, legal, engineering, sales leads, and procurement. You will be responsible for closing commercial negotiations with suppliers and governing subcontract execution.
As an experienced professional, you will provide guidance and practical support in claims, EOT, contract correspondence, and contract administration. You will actively manage contractual risks and opportunities and assist in dispute matters with all relevant parties within the organization.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with our subcontractors and have some ad hoc travel requirements domestically.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Law, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Construction Management.
* Relevant work experience in a related industry including energy, engineering, or construction.
* A minimum of 5 years managing large-scale projects is required, preferably in the energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
* Demonstrated experience in contract management for EPC, D&C, or LTSA.
* Proven expertise in contract negotiation and project risk management.
* Proficient in project management practices.
* Proven ability to engage with senior leadership.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Demonstrate experience to autonomously contract manage complex agreements.
* Strong financial reporting skills and ability to analyze financial information.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
