We're looking for friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Attendants across North Brisbane. As a key member of our hospitality crew, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring every visit is a memorable one.
About the Role:
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every interaction is fun and memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
* Work collaboratively with the gaming and wagering team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
* You have a current RSA and RSG certificate.
* You have flexible availability and are willing to work varying shifts.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would be an asset.
* You must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
