Overview

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day customer interactions and supporting internal teams. This position focuses on handling routine inquiries, processing orders, and providing timely assistance to customers in the scientific community.


Key Responsibilities include:

* Handle routine customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Maintain accurate records of service activities and share updates with the team as needed
* Assist in implementing new procedures under guidance to improve efficiency
* Support basic use of SAP and Salesforce for order processing and data entry
* Help coordinate complaint documentation with Regulatory Affairs for compliance
* Provide administrative support to Product Management and Finance teams for pricing updates and accuracy
* Enter orders and invoices accurately to support revenue and margin goals
* Flag any issues or opportunities for improving service processes to the team
* Assist in coordinating customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
* Support alignment of procurement platforms with internal systems by addressing basic discrepancies


To be successful you will have:

* Previous experience in customer service or administrative support; experience in scientific or technical environments is an advantage but not essential
* Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
* Basic familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); willingness to learn
* SAP experience is desired
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established processes
* Detail‑oriented with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements
