Role Description
We are seeking a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team, with part-time and full-time opportunities available. This is an on-site role working across our Tully, Mission Beach, and Innisfail clinics, offering a diverse and engaging caseload.
In this role, you will:
* Conduct comprehensive client assessments
* Design and deliver individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs
* Manage a varied caseload including chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, post-injury rehabilitation, and general health and fitness
* Monitor, progress, and review client outcomes using evidence-based practice
* Collaborate closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
* Build strong, supportive relationships with clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
This role is well suited to an Exercise Physiologist seeking variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work across multiple clinics within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills
* Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or a related field
* Current accreditation with ESSA (or eligibility)
* Strong understanding of exercise physiology, general physiology, and rehabilitation principles
* Experience in exercise prescription and individualised program design
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
