Offer description

We are looking for a focused and reliable Business Support Officer for a short term assignment, in Keswick.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry & Management: process high volume data entry with strong attention to detail.
* Inbox Management: monitoring and action the shared inbox for internal staff enquiries.
* Fleet Coordination: managing fleet vehicles, including the monthly reconciliation of logbooks.
* Light Reception: managing occasional deliveries and handling a small volume of calls.

What We're Looking For

* Microsoft Office proficient: comfortable navigating spreadsheets and entering data accurately.
* Self Motivated: manage competing priorities and workflow effectively.
* Experience in Payroll, Rostering and Business support is highly regarded.
