Servicing Excellence
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in restaurant, bar, and/or venue management.
A proven track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring a large team of waitstaff, bartenders, and food runners is essential.
A deep understanding of customer needs, with an innovative approach to exceeding expectations, is vital for this role.
Beverage expertise and strong wine knowledge would be beneficial.
