About The Role
You will manage the care of patients from consultation, through the treatment planning stage, and delivering advanced non-surgical treatments for the face and body.
You will take our patients on a non-surgical journey, via a customised treatment plan, to achieving their face, skin or body goals.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver 5-star non-invasive skin and body treatments - HIFU, RF, PlasmaLIFT, UltraLIPO, Slimit, Medi Peels and more!
Conduct consultations and individualised treatment plans
Deliver all treatments and patient interactions to the highest of standards
Liaise with patients throughout treatment journey
Review of progress and amendment of treatment plan ensuring best possible outcome
Confidently contribute to environment, focused on providing professional and the best service at all patients
Perform administrative tasks effectively and efficiently
Confidently recommend treatments for different skin types and concerns and skin care
Follow protocols, policies and procedures
Potential to travel
Collaborate with team members - happy, good vibes only at The Rejuv Lab!
About you!
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy
Min 2 years experience in a beauty/clinical environment
Positive personality and take pride in their job
In depth knowledge of different skin types and concerns including skin care
Confident and lateral thinker
Thrive in achieving KPI’s and targets
Ability to stay focused under pressure
Reliable and goal driven
Happy, positive and loyal
Must be flexible with working hours
Serious about the industry and career advancement
