Primary Duties and Responsibilities of our Customer Service Role:
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz.
* Creating a positive customer experience by engaging with our customers
* Completing rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
* Promoting and selling optional upgrades and cover products
* Checking of vehicles prior to, and upon return of the vehicle
* Accurately entering and completing incoming and walk up reservations
* Ensure the presentation of our vehicles are to Hertz standards including cleaning and detailing as required.
* Working as part of a high performing team
* Having a thorough understanding of our fleet
About You
* Proven experience in customer service and sales
* Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and confidence engaging with customers
* Basic computer literacy
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
* Enjoy multi-tasking and are highly organised
* Full and current Australian driver's licence
* Must have Australian work rights
* Automotive or rental industry experience is a plus, but not required (full training provided)
