Your Impact
You’ll take ownership of the legal and contractual aspects of Australian renewable projects, including:
* Structuring and drafting partnership, joint venture, and project contracts.
* Advising on legal issues at all stages of development and construction.
* Leading negotiations and legal transactions with commercial insight.
* Collaborating across teams to identify and mitigate risks.
* Developing creative legal solutions that will shape future energy outcomes.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and providing high‑level legal services.
Your Background
* Australian‑qualified lawyer with a law degree from an Australian university with at least 10 years PQE in mergers and acquisitions preferably in energy, renewable, construction or infrastructure sectors.
* Experience at a leading law firm or in‑house, and strong contract drafting ability.
* Analytical, pragmatic, decisive, and confident working independently from day one.
* Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environments and enjoys teamwork.
* Ideally, prior experience in the renewable energy sector.
