The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Sales Administrator to support our sales functions and day-to-day operations.
This role suits an experienced real estate administrator looking for part-time work while remaining closely involved in sales administration, PA support, marketing coordination, and office operations. The position is integral to the smooth running of the sales department and working closely with the Director/ Licensee.
Approximate hours: Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm (flexible by agreement).
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end administration of residential property listings and sales transactions
* Preparation of listing authorities, contracts for sale, strata disclosures, and related documentation
* Managing contract conditions, key dates, extensions, variations, and settlement timelines whilst liaising with external parties, including settlement agents, brokers, buyers & sellers
* Preparing appraisal documentation and facilitating listing preparation from appraisal approval to campaign launch
* Coordinating listing marketing including booking photography, floorplans, maintenance, brochures, EDM, and agent marketing materials
* Launching, maintaining, and updating listings across CRM, property portals, website content
* Managing basic social media activity (approximately two posts per week) and preparing a fortnightly EDM/newsletter to the database
* Providing support to the Licensee, including ad-hoc tasks, oversight of sales reporting, and day-to-day office coordination
* Reception duties, client communications, general office administration, and in-house sales trust accounting compliance
About You
* Minimum 6 months' experience in Real Estate Sales Administration
* Sound understanding of residential sales processes
* Experience using Vault MRI and Microsoft Office 365
* Canva experience preferred but not required
* Confident using CRMs, property portals, and marketing platforms
* Proactive, reliable, and capable of working autonomously
