About the Role
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the eCommerce Campaign & Retention Manager plays a key role in bringing our eCommerce marketing strategy to life. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-channel campaigns, driving retention and loyalty initiatives and delivering a consistent, customer-first experience across our digital touchpoints and multiple brands.
Sitting at the intersection of project coordination and creative delivery, the role works closely with the Optimization Manager to align content, promotions and communications with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive campaign performance by coordinating seamless, on-brand, omnichannel marketing initiatives. Ensure campaign timelines, messaging, and promotions align with operational capabilities and customer experience goals.
Guide and coordinate the Content Team to deliver compelling creative assets across copy, design, email, social, and web. Ensuring outputs align with brand and campaign objectives
Manage loyalty and subscription program initiatives that deepen customer engagement, connection, and advocacy
Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion, retention, and customer engagement
Manage the marketing calendar, coordinating priorities and resources to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on brief
Work with the Head of eCommerce to coordinate and deliver eCommerce projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and creative outputs for initiatives
Work collaboratively with the eCommerce team to align campaign plans with data-driven insights, CRM activity, and UX strategies.

While experience with most of these tools is advantageous, it's not a strict requirement
About You
3+ years in an eCommerce, digital or marketing co-ordination or management role
Proven ability to manage campaign timelines, deliverables and cross-functional execution
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing retention best practice
Proven experience with loyalty programs and subscription models
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into solutions
Proven experience with CRM/EDM tools, especially Klaviyo
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
A collaborative, proactive, and customer-first mindset
