You will manage a clean portfolio with full support, reporting into an experienced leadership team.
Duties
* Manage approx 100 tenancies
* Handle leases, arrears, maintenance
* Build strong landlord relationships
* Liaise with tenants + contractors
* Oversee budgets and reporting
Skills & Experience
* Commercial property management experience essential
* SA Property Manager registration
* Strong knowledge of lease administration
* Confident communicator with owners
* Highly organised with attention to detail
