OverviewHi Craft Motel in Ballina NSW is seeking 2 x diligent and detail-oriented motel housekeepers to join our team.
This is a full-time motel housekeeper role responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.ResponsibilitiesThoroughly cleaning and sanitising guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens and restocking amenitiesMaintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas such as the lobby, reception area, public rest rooms and hallwaysReport any maintenance or repairs issues to the management teamAdhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace for all guests and staffAssist with laundry duties and guest check-in as neededWhat we are looking forPrevious experience in a housekeeping or hospitality preferably in a motel or hotel settingStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanlinessExcellent time management and organisational skills to complete tasksFriendly customer service oriented attitude and ability to work well as part of a teamWhat we offerCompetitive salary and opportunities for advancementPay rate will be Hospitality award rate as per Fair Work AustraliaFlexible work arrangements and a supportive work-life balanceA positive and collaborative work environmentHi Craft Motel is a well established and reputable accommodation provider mainly for people struggling to find accommodation, providing accommodation for homeless people who are accommodated at our motel through NSW government housing program.
