About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and caring Maintenance Officer to join the maintenance team and ensure our buildings and equipment are maintained to Aegis' high standards. This Permanent Full‐time role is Monday to Friday at the Shorehaven Facility located in the vibrant, beach side community of Shorehaven, Alkimos. The Facility offers an creative coastal design with state‐of‐the‐art equipment to make your life and the life of our residents easier.
As an integral part of the Aegis community, you will:
* Provide maintenance of buildings and equipment under the direction of the Unit and Facility Managers
* Monitor effectiveness of completed work and report issues to the Facility Managers
* Monitor and maintain required levels of stores and supplies
* Carry out the preventive maintenance program as scheduled

About You
To be successful in this position you will:
* Have high attention to detail
* Be computer competent
* Be able to communicate to all levels of employees, residents and families
* Be able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment and autonomously
* Have knowledge of general maintenance procedures and repairs
* Hold a 'Test & Tag' Certificate – desirable, however not essential
* Hold a 'Working at Heights' Ticket and a previous background within a trade – highly desirable, however not essential
