If you're passionate about problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting systems that keep our vital health services running smoothly – we want to hear from you!About The RoleAs an ICT Support Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing first-level technical support to staff across BHN's 22 locations You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, ensuring our systems run efficiently and supporting users both onsite and remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Service Desk and first-level support to BHN staff.Deploy, upgrade, and maintain ICT hardware, software, and systems.Provide support and training to BHN staff at all levels.Maintain Helpdesk documentation, FAQs, and user guides.Record and manage issues and requests in the Service Desk system.Procure equipment in line with BHN policies and procedures.Monitor and support BHN ICT network.Maintain asset information – provision, registration, disposal, and transfers.Respond promptly to service outages and critical incidents.Support and participate in, team-building activities, and ICT projects.Travel to and work from various BHN sites as required.What You'll BringExperience supporting Microsoft technologies and environment (e.g., Windows Server, Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Microsoft surface devices, Management and support Active Directory user accounts, groups and polices, File and Print management, Outlook, MS office, Microsoft Defender security tools).Proven experience in ICT Help Desk roles.Strong knowledge of O365, Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Azure Networking and Security basics, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), MS Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online & OneDrive, printers and management solutions (e.g PaperCut).Experience with MDM systems for enrolling and maintaining devices and applications for Windows, Android, and iOS via Microsoft Intune.Basic scripting knowledge for automating repetitive tasks and troubleshooting with PowerShell commands.Exposure to health sector applications like TrakCare, MS Dynamics NAV, Medical Director, and Pracsoft (desirable).ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.Understanding of Managed Operating Environments and cloud-based platforms.Excellent communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.Proven customer-centric mindset with a collaborative approach.Why Work with Us?Flexible work arrangements and purchase leave opportunitiesNFP tax- free salary packaging amount up to $18,550 per annum to use tax free towards mortgage, rent, credit card, school fees and groceries.Supportive and positive team culture.Option of month Accrued Day Off.Working with in a multidisciplinary community health.Professional development opportunities.Networking opportunities across our network and expanding network.Employee Assistance Program - support and assistance for you and your partner at those times in life when you need it most.Be Part of Something BiggerAt Better Health Network, you'll be part of something bigger.
