This is a hands‐on leadership role leading a team of Insurance Consultants, with a focus on performance, development, and delivering strong member outcomes in a fast‐paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a team of Insurance Consultants
* Manage workflow, service levels and team performance
* Ensure a consistent, member‐focused approachHandle escalations and stakeholder engagement
* Drive continuous improvement across processes
* Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements
About you
* Experience in insurance within superannuation or financial services
* Background in claims, case management or insurance operations
* Previous experience leading or mentoring others
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet service levels
