We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to play a leading role in ensuring every customer leaves with the best possible experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and inspire a team of 30+ members in a dynamic big-box retail environment.
* Drive performance by utilising expertise in P&L management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.
* Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.
* Elevate store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
* Prioritise delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Mentor and develop talent pipelines to ensure long-term success.
* Achieve ambitious targets while maintaining a positive team culture.
Requirements:
* Leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
* Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
* Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Efficient stock management skills.
* First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
* Full-time availability, including weekends.
