Now we're looking for a WHS Business Partner who gets the pace and grit of the Automotive, Transport and Construction world, and cares just as much about the people behind the tools.

Champion practical safety culture across truck builds, fabrication, service, transport and construction.
Help teams engineer out risks and work smarter, not harder
Lead proactive safety and wellbeing initiatives that people believe in
Support incident reporting with a no-blame, learn-and-improve approach
Make compliance feel simple and achievable

Someone who speaks the language of the workshop and/or heavy industry and has the confidence to influence leaders:

Heavy Vehicle, Transport or Construction Industry knowledge
Solid WHS experience — risk management, investigations, compliance
Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and regulations
Injury management or RTW experience
Excellent communicator — can translate safety in laymen's terms
Strong influencer and relationship-builder
ICAM (or similar) investigation training
