The Role
* Support the Clinical Director in leading Obstetrics & Gynaecology services
* Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and service planning
* Provide supervision, mentoring, and teaching to junior medical staff
* Deliver consultant‑level clinical care across obstetrics and gynaecology
* Play a key role in workforce development and departmental growth

Remuneration
* Classified under HM39 – HM41
* Competitive salary aligned with Victorian Specialist Enterprise Agreement

Requirements
* Fellowship of RANZCOG (or eligibility)
* Eligible for Specialist Registration with AHPRA
* Demonstrated consultant‑level O&G experience (public hospital setting)
* Experience in teaching, supervision, and mentoring
* Previous leadership experience (Deputy Director / Clinical Director / Supervisor) – desirable
IMG Suitability
* Substantially Comparable RANZCOG candidates encouraged
* Suitable for UK, NZ and equivalent trained specialists
* Support available for AHPRA and college processes
