About the Job

As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to ensure the efficient running of various tasks. This may include:

* Organising meetings, preparing papers and reports.
* Assisting with marketing initiatives such as creating promotional materials.
* Liaising with stakeholders including members and suppliers.
* Maintaining databases, managing website content and conducting mail merges.
* Coordinating travel arrangements and providing executive support to senior staff.
* Organising conferences including logistics and registration processes.
* Handling incoming calls and member enquiries.
* Managing payroll administration, financial accounts and producing regular reports.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and bookkeeping, proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, strong communication skills and be highly organised and proactive.
