We’re currently seeking a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department in a dynamic dual Customer Service / PA role. This is a pivotal position within the team, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly. From managing customer enquiries and coordinating service jobs, to supporting leadership with day-to-day administration, you’ll be across all aspects of the operation. Your ability to stay organised, think on your feet, and deliver a high level of service will be key to your success.
