Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with participants to assess their needs and develop tailored therapeutic interventions that promote independence, health, and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive approach to professional development and a passion for working in the disability sector are essential.
The role involves managing a caseload of clients, delivering timely therapeutic services, assessing participant function and capacity, interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals, and providing evidence-based interventions to enhance quality of life.
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
* Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals

Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
