Job Description
What will you do
* Prepare and present food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a la carte, room service, functions and buffet service
* Ensure that mis-en-place is complete in an efficient and timely manner
* Maintain food hygiene in accordance with legislative standards
* Follow recipes and brand standards
* Maintain strict stock control procedures
Qualifications
What you need to be successful
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualified
* Excellent attention to detail
* Outstanding mis-en-place
* Excellent knowledge and practice of food hygiene standards
* Flexible availability to work a range of shifts and days
