Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.In This Role You WillResponsible for providing a holistic customer service approach from taking enquiries to fulfilling orders across a range of productsAttend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in personSupport warehouse and distribution operationsAssist in loading customer vehiclesSchedule deliveriesEnsure stock accuracy by undertaking daily inventory countsContributes to achievement of store revenue and margin budgetsYour hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm.What You Bring To The RolePossess a strong work ethic.To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.An eagerness to learn about products and services.Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.Must be confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.Forklift licence is desirable or willing to obtain one.What is on offer?
