About the Role
The Strategic Business Process Analyst will play a vital role in enhancing business efficiency and productivity. This individual will be responsible for delivering business and technical analysis activities, including identifying problem areas and opportunities, planning and schedule management, business process analysis, data analysis, feasibility studies and analysis, and solution validation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Program Delivery projects by providing expert analysis and recommendations.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
* Develop and maintain business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Analyse and improve business processes, creating detailed process maps and implementing effective process engineering strategies.
* Provide development support and mentorship to junior analysts.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and a solid understanding of process modelling, mapping, and re-engineering.
