Job Description
The Financial Services Officer will be responsible for monitoring overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and collaborating with external agencies to ensure financial sustainability.
You will take on a key role as part of our high-performing team, working closely with teams across the organisation and external partners to resolve outstanding accounts and minimise financial risk.
Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing correspondence, maintaining accurate records in our systems, and using financial data to track progress and support informed decision-making.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, confident working with numbers, and comfortable managing conversations around payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in credit management and debt recovery
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Able to work collaboratively as a supportive and effective team member
* Familiarity with the Aged Care sector and its requirements
