About the opportunity
In this full time, you will be on the road 4 days a week visiting customers in their homes, assessing works and coordinating trade. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting inspections of new homes located across South Coast region
Compiling a report on any identified defects and putting scope of works together
Communicating with clients to propose actions according to Service and Warranty guidelines
Assisting with the monitoring of contractor progress
Following up outstanding works from our trades and contractors as needed
About you
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of NEX Building Group along with:
An ability to communicate with clients and various team - a professional customer focused attitude
Sound knowledge of construction and the building process
Good computer and MS Office skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Outstanding, organisational, and planning abilities with the ability to work under pressure
A full driver's licence to operate a service car
Willingness to travel to and from jobs as scheduled
A positive attitude with the ability to work by yourself or within a team
