Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

About The Role
The Business Analyst will support our IT transformation by managing business analysis activities, investigating business problems, and contributing to process and system improvements. This role involves establishing the Retail Test Lab for Store Zero, working closely with stakeholders to elicit requirements, define operational processes, and maintain project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather requirements for the Retail Test Lab.
* Define operational processes and develop process flow maps.
* Manage Jira boards, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
* Maintain project documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and issues.
* Develop business process specifications, requirements, and system documentation.
* Contribute to business case development and benefits analysis.
* Ensure quality standards for analysis artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and adhere to organizational methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
* 3-5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale transformations.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMBOK).
* Experience with analysis tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or technology.
* Experience in retail or FMCG sectors.
* Business Analysis Certification (CBAP or equivalent).
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
