Key Role and Responsibilities
Our higher education client is seeking a seasoned business analyst to fill a crucial role in their team. This position will involve working closely with the StudentOne system, specifically focusing on enhancing student administration processes by analyzing data, gathering requirements, designing solutions, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
* Data & Process Analysis: Analyzing student data and existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and fact-based decision-making.
* Requirements Management: Eliciting, documenting, and verifying business, stakeholder, and system requirements for changes or new features.
* System Expertise (StudentOne/T1): Working within the Technology One platform to develop reports, dashboards, ETL processes, and support system functions.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with various university departments and leadership to align solutions with strategic goals.
* Solution Design: Designing and developing process improvements, functional specifications, and potential solution options.
* Project Support: Assisting with UAT, process automation, and ensuring compliance with standards.
