Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and Directors
* Manage workflow, including diary and inbox management, organizing internal and client meetings
* Liaise with external agencies, such as the ATO, for lodgement processes
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB or Xero
* A positive attitude and self-motivated demeanor
* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
* Initiative and a proactive approach to learning
