About The Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Essity, you'll play a pivotal and influential role in implementing and driving digital initiatives for the Tork and TENA B2B brands. You'll take ownership of leading customer engagement and experience across the digital ecosystem, working collaboratively with the wider B2B marketing team, sales, global teams, and agency partners to develop digital solutions as part of multi-channel marketing plans.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Manage website traffic, content updates, SEM, and SEO measurements.
2. Develop and manage the digital content calendar.
3. Increase engagement and brand presence on digital and social media channels.
4. Direct the EDM strategy, content creation, and database maintenance.
5. Develop a comprehensive digital strategy plan aligned with business objectives.
6. Provide monthly reports and valuable insights to stay at the forefront of digital trends.
7. Monitor competitor activity in the digital space.
8. Champion communication of digital strategy and activities.
9. Execute end-to-end digital campaigns and lead generation activities.
10. Develop ongoing digital projects such as 'always on', 'buy now', and e-commerce optimisation programs.
11. Measure and manage ROI, provide in-depth reporting, and recommend improvements.
About You
The ideal candidate will be adaptable to multiple brands with different products and market segments and be successful in delivering impactful digital strategies to improve our brand presence and engagement.
Representing our global business values of collaboration, courage, commitment and care, you will work effectively with the internal B2B team including marketing, sales, finance and corporate communications and externally, be able to nurture relationships with our suppliers and distributors to establish Essity as a leading manufacturer and supplier of personal care and hygienic products across Australasia and beyond.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
12. Solid digital experience across social media, website management and e-commerce.
13. Relevant degree in Marketing or business-related discipline (desired but not essential).
14. Experience working within large and complex environments.
15. Google analytics and reporting skills.
16. Email marketing.
17. Strong, proven influencing and negotiation skills and capability to work at all levels of the business.
18. Ability to define ambitious goals, establish priorities, and manage projects effectively Champion of innovation and integrity.
19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
