Position Overview
This is a Part‑Time position (3 days per week) with flexible working arrangements available to support work‑life balance.
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the organisation's quality system, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and supporting our team to maintain best practice care. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be overseeing our Quality, Risk, and Compliance functions and support continuous improvement across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, maintain, and improve the facility's Quality Management System.
* Ensure continual compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
* Coordinate internal audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement activities.
* Support incident reporting, complaints management, and corrective action processes.
* Lead policy review, updates, and implementation across all departments.
* Prepare quality reports for management and governing bodies.
* Educate and support staff in quality, safety, and compliance practices.
About You
* Previous experience in aged care quality management or a similar compliance role.
* Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, risk management, and accreditation processes.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with staff at all levels.
* Relevant qualification in Health, Aged Care, Nursing, Quality, or similar (preferred)
