About the Role
You will sit at the intersection of the paid social media and content creator team, translating performance data into creative strategy. You will work closely with the other creative strategists, media lead and post-production team to ideate, script and brief content that converts. You are the conduit and connecter between creative execution (video, design, motion, 3D) and performance marketing learnings. Essentially this role is about optimising creative for conversions and is sales-focused storytelling. You must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and with high-volume pipeline of work.
* Interpret campaign data and identify winning patterns
* Create actionable briefs for content and post-production
* Ideate hooks, frameworks and scripts that drive sales
* Collaborate with stakeholders across strategy and execution
* Benchmark and filter creative ideas for performance based on ad styles (EGC, UGC, Hi-Fi, Lo-Fi, Statics, etc.) including concepts, messaging and positioning across platforms
* Analyse performance data to spot creative trends, high impact advertising trends, optimising existing assets and guiding ongoing test frameworks
* You will work closely with internal teams- web, customer service, SEO, Store Managers, Product Teams to bring performance driven insights into paid media creative strategy.
* Write and refine weekly volume scripts aligned with performance frameworks
* Planning, testing, re-testing variations to drive creative that improves ROAS
Skills & Experience
* 4 – 5 years of experience in creative strategy, paid social strategy or performance marketing (agency or in-house)
* Background in video production, content creation OR creative direction
* Strong understanding of interpreting paid social data across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google)
* Strong understanding of lower-funnel conversion tactics
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication
* Ability to translate data into creative frameworks, briefs, campaign plans and structured testing roadmaps
* Proficient with analysis, using AI tools (leveraging to optimise creative output, efficiency, volume)
* Experience staying abreast of platform trends, emerging ad formats / trends.
* Research proficient- skilled in translating cultural, consumer and performance data into creative strategy
* Resilient, collaborative and results-driven
* Excellent at providing clear and concise information to teams on copy and design
