**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Lead to oversee the development and execution of content strategies across our high-impact web platforms.
This key role involves managing content updates, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute content projects, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes through web content.
1. Content Planning: Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing and merchandise teams to design and implement content initiatives, utilizing insights to optimize content effectiveness and prioritize updates.
2. Content Creation & Execution: Brief designers on project specifications and deadlines, create and publish content in CMS platforms, manage content testing, approvals, and live checks.
3. Analytics & Optimisation: Share weekly performance insights with stakeholders, monitor and respond to underperforming content on critical pages, work with the Conversion and Digital Tagging teams to enhance tracking and user experiences.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ecommerce experience in a similar capacity, ideally within retail. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are essential for success in this role.
Key qualifications include:
* Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through web content.
* Experience with Adobe Analytics, PowerBI or similar tools.
* Intermediate HTML and CSS skills.
* Customer-first mindset with solid UX understanding.
* Self-starter with excellent planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
