Employment Type: Casual (5 days per week until Christmas, with potential for ongoing work)
Kupper's Contracting is seeking a reliable and experienced Spray Operator to join our team for roadside weed management works across the Central Victorian region. The successful applicant will be responsible for targeting noxious weeds along roadsides and other designated areas, ensuring quality outcomes and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake roadside spraying operations targeting noxious weeds through targeted hand-spraying
* Operate spray equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently
* Conduct basic maintenance checks on vehicles and spray units
* Accurately identify a range of weed species
* Maintain records of daily works and chemical usage
Requirements:
* MR Truck Licence (essential)
* White Card (essential)
* Traffic Management Ticket (desirable)
* First Aid Certificate (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of weed identification
* Commitment to safe work practices and environmental standards
