Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective portfolio and land use strategies to optimize revenue growth and site efficiency.
* Manage leasing processes, including negotiations, rent reviews, lease compliance, and documentation.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure tenant and lease compliance.
* Oversee tenant reporting, insurance, guarantees, and performance monitoring.
* Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including legal, valuers, and government bodies, to ensure compliance and optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial property management.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Proficient in property management systems.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of NSW property and lease legislation.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications; driver's license required.
