Key responsibilities include collaborating with various business stakeholders to understand customer and business pain points, proposing ways to resolve problems through new features or process improvements, and articulating value for customers and business. You will be responsible for empowering cross-functional delivery teams with clear objectives and benefits to deliver seamless customer experiences.
